IN IT TOGETHER - How we work.

Operation CommUNITY are bringing together organisations to create a crisis centre to combat the impact of Corona Virus for vulnerable and elder members of our community.

The response from partner organisations has been uplifting in these very unprecedented times with groups being formed to provide the safe delivery of the services needed by those who are currently in isolation in a bid to shield themselves from the virus.

Joined forces keeping local residents safe:

Working in partnership with Herts Help, who are managing requests for support and associated referrals, we are able to make sure the most vulnerable are supported by the services they require to meet individuals needs from within our community.

Every enquiry will be processed by Herts Help and then referred into the crisis centre to make sure they have access to as many services as required.

Once referred we will be able to offer ongoing support for as long as is required and increase or decrease the services provided to individuals as a direct response to their needs and changing circumstances.
